The problem

Most SEO problems are not about content.

Sites rarely fail in search because nobody wrote enough articles. They fail because Google cannot crawl the catalogue efficiently, the same product exists at six URLs, filters generate thousands of near-identical pages, or the pages that matter are buried five clicks from the homepage.

None of this shows in a keyword tool. It shows in Search Console and a crawl — and fixing it needs someone who can edit the theme, not just write a recommendation and send an invoice.

  • Duplicate product URLscrawl waste
  • Faceted navigation indexedindex bloat
  • Thin category pagesno rankings
  • Broken internal linkingorphan pages
  • Missing product schemano rich results
  • Failing Core Web Vitalsranking drag

Services

Six things that move rankings

Research tells you what to target. Content answers it. On-page work makes the answer legible. Technical health and speed let Google reach it at all. Links tell Google it matters. Most sites are weak in two or three of the six — the audit tells you which, and in what order to fix them.

Everything is scoped in the audit

01

Keyword research & competitor analysis

Where the commercial demand actually is, which competitors are taking it, and which gaps you can realistically win.

  • Commercial intent mapping, one target per page
  • Competitor gap and share-of-voice analysis
  • Search intent classification before anything is written
  • Cannibalisation audit on your existing pages
Keyword research in detail

02

Content creation

Pages written to answer a specific query better than what currently ranks — not word count filled to hit a target.

  • Category and product copy that reads like a person wrote it
  • Commercial landing pages built around intent
  • Rewrites and consolidation of thin or duplicate pages
  • Topic clusters that support your money pages
Content creation in detail

03

On-page SEO optimisation

Making an existing page the clearest answer to the query it targets. Usually the fastest gains on a site that already has traffic.

  • Titles, meta descriptions and heading structure
  • Content depth measured against what already ranks
  • Internal linking and anchor text across templates
  • Image optimisation, alt text and structured data
On-page SEO in detail

04

Technical SEO

The foundations. If Google cannot crawl, render and index your pages efficiently, nothing else you do will compound.

  • Crawl budget, indexation and faceted navigation
  • Canonicals, redirect chains and duplicate URLs
  • Site architecture, sitemaps and robots directives
  • Migrations, recovery and JavaScript rendering
Technical SEO in detail

05

Website speed optimisation

Core Web Vitals passed on real user data, and a checkout that does not lose the sale while it loads.

  • Caching, image formats, script and font loading
  • LCP, INP and CLS fixed at the template level
  • Cart and checkout query optimisation for WooCommerce
  • Before-and-after measured on the same connection
Speed optimisation in detail

06

Backlinking strategy

A plan for earning authority that will still be working in two years. No bought links, no networks, nothing that risks a penalty.

  • Full link profile audit and toxic link cleanup
  • Competitor link gap analysis
  • Digital PR and editorial outreach planning
  • Internal link architecture, the part nobody does
Link strategy in detail

Every plan starts with the audit, which tells you which of the six is actually holding your site back.

How it works

Four steps, same order every time.

Why Indexia

I diagnose it. I fix it. I measure it.

Most SEO engagements end with a PDF and a list for your developer to schedule next quarter. Here the audit and the implementation are the same person, so nothing is lost between diagnosis and deployment.

Technical schematic of a website analysed as a network of linked pages: several nodes flagged as faulty, others corrected, with charts showing the result measured over time.

Diagnose

Evidence, not opinion

Every finding comes with the crawl data or Search Console row that proves it, and an estimate of what fixing it is worth.

Fix

I write the code

Theme templates, redirects, schema, crawl rules — built on staging with a backup first, then deployed. No handover, no waiting.

Measure

Same numbers you can check

Indexed pages, clicks and positions from your own Search Console, before and after, same date range. Nothing modelled.

Results

Measured results

Every engagement is reported the same way: Search Console data, same date range, before and after. Nothing modelled, nothing estimated.

Verified client data only · published with permission

No published case studies yet.

I would rather show you nothing than show you numbers I cannot prove. Invented results are common in this industry, and they are the reason most SEO claims are worth ignoring.

What I can do instead is walk you through the audit method on your own site, live, so you can judge the reasoning directly rather than taking a screenshot on trust.

About

Who you are working with

I am Khadija Laghrarda, founder of Indexia Web LLC. I do SEO and development for WordPress and WooCommerce sites. You deal with me directly — no account manager, no junior handling your site, no agency layer.

The difference from most SEO providers is straightforward: I write the code. When an audit says your product templates need restructuring, I restructure them, rather than adding it to a list for your developer to schedule next quarter.

Handing over access to the site that pays your salary is a real decision, so I make it reversible. Changes are built on staging, backups are taken first, and the scope is written down before anything starts.

FAQ

Before you ask

Straight answers to the questions every prospective client asks. Anything else, send an email.

How long before I see results?

It depends which service. Technical and speed fixes show in Search Console within two to six weeks. New content typically takes two to four months to settle. Link strategy is the slowest — six months or more before it compounds. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody controls Google. What I guarantee is that the work is done, deployed and measured against your own Search Console data, and that you can cancel the moment it stops being worth it.

Do you build backlinks?

I do link strategy, not link packages. Bought links, blog comments, private networks and bulk directory submissions all breach Google’s spam policies and put your site at risk for a short-lived gain. What I do instead is audit your existing profile, clean up toxic links, analyse the gaps your competitors have filled, and plan editorial outreach worth having. Most sites also have a technical ceiling well below their link profile, so that gets fixed first.

Will you break my site?

Every change is built on a staging copy, tested, and backed up before deployment. If something regresses, it is rolled back the same day. You will always know what changed and why.

What access do you need?

For the audit: read-only Search Console and Analytics. For a plan: a WordPress admin account and hosting or SFTP access, which you can revoke at any time. I never need your payment gateway credentials.

Do I have to sign a contract?

A one-page scope and terms, yes — so both of us know what is included. No minimum term and no notice period. Plans are billed monthly and stop when you say so.
